Warehouse Manager

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a motivated warehouse manager (m/f/d) who will lead our warehouse team with a sense of responsibility and commitment and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

• Management and organization of the warehouse:
  You will be responsible for the management and organization of the warehouse area, including the receipt, storage and provision of goods.
• Coordination of incoming and outgoing goods:
  You ensure that all materials are transferred to the production process on time and in perfect quality.
• Coordination with other departments, in particular purchasing/dispatch and vehicle fleet
• Team leadership:
  You lead a small team and ensure efficient work in the warehouse area.
• Stock control and inventory:
  You monitor stock levels and are responsible for regular inventories.
• Optimization of processes:
  You identify and implement continuous improvements in warehouse and logistics processes.
• Ensuring occupational safety:
  You ensure compliance with safety regulations in the warehouse area and ensure a clean and orderly working environment.

• Completed training in logistics, warehouse management or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the printing industry.
• Experience in managing employees
• Sense of responsibility, assertiveness
• Strong organizational and communication skills as well as an independent and structured way of working.
• Good knowledge in the use of warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• A valid forklift license and experience in handling industrial trucks are an advantage.
