Project Duration: 18 weeks (with potential extension to a second 12-month project)

We are currently recruiting a Mechanical/HVAC Site Supervisor for a high-profile project in Munich
, starting in February 2026
. The initial project runs for approximately 18 weeks, with the opportunity to transition to a second long-term build in the same location.
- Supervise ventilation duct installation and mechanical works on-site
- Lead and manage the site team, setting a strong example
- Plan and coordinate daily activities to meet programme targets
- Ensure high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance
- Attend site meetings and liaise with project stakeholders
- Handle site documentation and reporting
- Maintain progress and keep the project on track
- Fluent in German and English
- Previous experience managing site teams
- Strong computer and documentation skills
- Ability to lead, plan ahead, and work proactively
- Quality-focused with strong safety awareness
