The Center for AI & Digital Experience (AIDE) is a joint, mission-driven center jointly established between University Hospitals (UH)-Northeast Ohio Medical University(NEOMED) to focus on advancing human-centered artificial intelligence in healthcare.

The Senior Manager for Center Operations manages the day-to-day operations of the Center for AIDE, partnering with the Executive Director to establish core operating processes. The person in this role will manage the staffing and recruiting, onboarding, team development, and office infrastructure. The Senior Manager willlead the AIDE community and industry engagement, including coordination and engagement with the External Advisory Council,conferences and events planning and execution, communication andbranding, and ongoing commercialization and philanthropicdevelopment.

This role requires strong cross-institutionalcoordination skills and the ability to manage operational processes across NEOMED, University Hospitals, and related governance,administrative, communications, development, and complianceoffices.

Center Operations and Infrastructure: Manage the daily activities and operational functions of AIDE. Partner with the Executive Director to establish, document, and continuously improve the AIDEstrategic plan. Ensure AIDE operates efficiently and in alignment with institutional policies and strategic priorities.
