We are seeking a Senior Manager of AI Enablement, in the new Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Experience (AIDE), to lead the Clinical Innovation and Development team within the AIDE.

This individual is responsible for translating AI solutions into practical, scalable applications for utilization within clinical and operational environments.

$141,031 – $183,340, commensurate with experience.

The Center for AI and Digital Experience (AIDE) is a joint, mission-driven center jointly established between University Hospitals (UH)–Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) to focus on advancing human-centered artificial intelligence in healthcare. The Senior Manager for AI Enablement, leading the Clinical Innovation and Development team within the AIDE, is responsible for translating AI solutions into practical, scalable applications for utilization within clinical and operational environments.

This role is a “chief of staff” to the Executive Director, serving as the primary entrance point to triage opportunities from both the inside of UH/NEOMED as well as outside, e.g., startups, external opportunities.
