Location: McConnelsville, OH
Pay: $24/hr
NOTE: Possibility of becoming permanent employee (based on various factors**). This job is located in McConnelsville. Please only apply if you're willing to travel to McConnelsville for the required work schedule.
Work Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
We're hiring experienced CNC Operators to join our Client's production team in McConnelsville, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience operating CNC lathes or mills in a manufacturing environment and can work independently to maintain quality and production standards.

Their products include sintered components, engine and industrial bearings, friction materials, power electronics parts, and advanced coatings used worldwide in vehicles, trains, ships, aircraft, power plants, refineries, and industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes following production specifications and blueprints.
- Monitor machine operations to detect tool wear, part deviations, or mechanical issues; make adjustments or notify the supervisor as needed.
- Perform quality checks using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part accuracy.
- Conduct finishing tasks including deburring, cleaning, and part inspection.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following company safety and housekeeping standards.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance, including checking coolant, lubrication, and filters.
- Accurately record production data, job progress, and any downtime or quality issues.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
