Wieland is hiring a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting CNC equipment and ensuring Planned Maintenance (PM) procedures and machine repairs are completed in a safe and timely manner.. This role is located in Coldwater, Ohio and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: $28.51 - $32.55 based on experience

Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

* Repair CNC Machinery, Manual Machine and Machining Centers

* Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls

* Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

* Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues

* Identify and replace parts as necessary

* Complete testing and make adjustments of parts as needed

* Complete planned and preventative procedures

* Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions

* Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations

* Other duties as required

Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma; technical certificate is a plus

* Minimum 5 years CNC Maintenance Experience

* Ability to work unsupervised

* Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions

* Ability to multitask job duties effectively and efficiently

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent computer skills to run multiple software applications, such as Excel, Word, Notes, etc.
