Value Stream Manager

We are seeking a Value Stream Manager to provide hands‑on leadership across two key value streams:
Powder Coat and Storage & Organization
. This individual will play a critical role in aligning daily production performance with long‑term strategic goals, ensuring operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).

• Operational Leadership: Direct cross‑functional teams across operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, and materials to deliver on production goals.
• Performance Management: Lead daily tier meetings, elevate barriers, and implement corrective actions to maintain flow and meet customer demand.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean initiatives, including value stream mapping, kaizen events, SMED, Kanban, A3 problem‑solving, and 5S.
• Strategic Execution: Develop and execute value stream plans that align with plant KPIs and business objectives, including P&L responsibility.
• Compliance & Safety: Partner with the Safety Manager to ensure OSHA, ISO 9001, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a safe, productive environment.
• Coaching & Development: Build and mentor high‑performing teams, providing opportunities for skill growth and organizational success.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or Operations.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, with proven success driving process improvements in a production environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Lean manufacturing applications, ISO 9001, machining, and assembly operations.
• Certifications: Lean Certification or Six Sigma Green Belt (required).
• Skills: Strong understanding of KPIs (OEE, yield, lead time, on‑time delivery), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
