Shifts include the following:

• 1st Shift 6:00 am-4:30 pm Monday - Thursday
• 2nd Shift 7:30 pm-6:00 am Monday - Thursday
• 3rd Shift 6:00 am
  -6:00pm Friday - Sunday
• 4th Shift 6:00 pm
  -6:00 am Friday - Sunday

Production Team Member

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Packing and unpacking products
• Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
• Stacking and building pallets
• Labeling and code dating product
• Sanitation duties as assigned
• Work on an assembly line
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Excellent attendance and punctuality for an hourly role
• Handle any minor tasks related to the duties of the position

Production Team Member Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Balance productivity, quality, and safety
• Work in a fast‑paced environment
• Work effectively with others and as part of a team

Production Team Member Physical Demands and

Working Conditions:

• This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitively bending and standing up is also required. This would require the ability to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally.
• This role operates in a wet and cold/refrigerated environment (around 35 degrees
  
  F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for duration of shift.

Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to perform basic mental math
• Ability to balance productivity, quality and safety
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to effectively work with others and as part of a team
• Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience preferred

Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse Work Environment:

• This role operates in a cold/refrigerated environment (around 35 degrees
  
  F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10
  -12 hours a day.

Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse Physical Demands:

• This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required. This would require the ability to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally. Must also be able to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally.
