Assembly Coordinator- 2nd Shift

VALCO a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems, is currently looking for an Assembly Coordinator- 2nd Shift at our Coldwater, Ohio facility.

• Coordinate assembly resources (labor, machines, work stations, etc.) to efficiently meet work demands and customer orders
• Plan and distribute job assignments
• Communicate with other departments to assure parts are delivered timely and to proper work station
• Oversee quality and safety standards within department
• Train and instruct employees on assigned jobs and proper work practice including good housekeeping
• Help pick parts and set up jobs
• Move finished parts to proper storage area
• Initiate new methods, tools or setup procedures to increase productivity in department
