Shipping, Material Handler

The Step2 Company is hiring a Shipping Associate at our Perrysville location.

Location: 2 Step 2 Drive, Perrysville, OH 44864

Pay: $18.00 per hour plus a $1.00 Shift Differential for working the 2nd shift (Mon‑Fri, 2 pm to 10 pm).

$18.00/hr – $22.61/hr

• Convey materials to designated areas using a lift truck or a pallet jack.
• Attach labels to cartons.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

• Compare identifying information and counts, weights, and measures of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Insert items into containers.

• Keep all dock trash bins empty.
• Keep all aisles, fire extinguishers, exits, and loading docks clear and free of any debris.

• Must be willing to work overtime as required.
• Ability to drive a lift truck and a clamp truck.
• Use scanner.
• Use a pallet jack.
• Be able to read and understand instructions and work with minimal supervision.
