Responsibilities
About the role
- Control movement, storage, receipts and shipments of all inventory items at warehouse and plant to achieve and maintain accurate inventory by following proper procedures.
- Perform required cycle counts to track efficiency of inventory control procedures.
- Perform all other duties as required.
- Drive a sit down and a stand up forklift.
- Must be trained, acknowledge, and follow all Amcor Live Saving Behaviors.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months forklift experience preferred
- Have good attendance and the ability to work required overtime.
- Ability to operate sit down and stand up forklifts safely.
- Good understanding of RF/Computer system and procedures.
- Familiarity with general warehouse layout and material flow process.
- Good math and verbal/written communications skills.
- Ability to comprehend and complete written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with assistance, push and pull full manual pallet jacks of product.
