SummaryCycle Count every location in the warehouse at least once a quarter.

Work Hours:
5:00AM – 1:30PM.
- Cycle Count means to go to an area where inventory is located; identify the product, count the quantity at that location and enter it into PkMS.
- Cycle Count a specified number of inventory locations according to the prescribed quota as set by management.
- Perform repeat counts as dictated by management review of cycle counting data.
- General housekeeping of the facility and specific inventory area is required to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Accuracy in repetitive routine is very important while maintaining good speed.
- Follow and adhere to all safety rules including the handling of hazardous materials.
- Proper handling and filing of inventory reports and other associated paperwork.
- Be responsible for and operate RF scanning devices on a daily basis.
- Understands and operates PkMS warehouse management system.
- Print, monitor and process tasks based on Crystal and PkMS report data.
- Able to work autonomously and independently of supervision.
- Occasionally operates forklift equipment – certification required.

Must be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing product numbers and line codes to insure proper counting of DC inventory. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language AbilityAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to write legibly.
Math AbilityAbility to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the environment is loud.

The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee is frequently required to lift and move product of up to 60 pounds. Must be able to move heavy product in excess of 1,000 pounds with moving aids designed to move such items including hand trucks, dollies, motorized cart, pallet jacks, etc. Occasional use of a ladder is required.
The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
