2nd Shift Production Supervisor – Cloverdale, OH

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

We are seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead injection molding and light assembly operations in a fast-paced, modern manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving team engagement and operational excellence.

Relocation assistance available.

• Supervise a team of approximately 11 operators and 3 setup technicians, overseeing daily production activities on 2nd shift.
• Manage shift schedules, operator rotations, work assignments, and coverage for breaks and absences.
• Direct mold changes and machine setups to optimize press performance and meet production priorities.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality, quickly addressing downtime or process deviations.
• Lead cross-training initiatives and reinforce accountability, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment, implementing 5S and safety best practices.
• Provide technical guidance on injection molding processes, material handling, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by introducing new ideas and fostering adaptability across the team.
• Ensure accurate production reporting, work order completion, and proper documentation.
• Act as a hands-on leader, stepping in to assist operators and promote a collaborative culture.
• Mentor team members and support succession planning for long-term growth opportunities.

• Supervisory experience in injection molding or manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of molding processes and equipment troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive results while maintaining a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift.
