We are seeking full‑time and/or part‑time production associates to work in our manufacturing team at our Whitehouse, OH facility. This is a high‑growth role in a rapidly scaling professional environment and is best suited for individuals with strong focus and hands‑on experience. Pay starts at $20/hr.

• Manage daily production tasks of Cat Strap products.
• Mechanical assembly, including use of small machine equipment (e.g., drill press).
• Operate materials processing equipment for steel and plastic materials.
• Work on your feet for extended periods of time and lift 50+ lbs.
• Ensure product quality at all stages of the production process.
• Electrical assembly, including electronic circuit board and quality assurance testing.

• Fast learner, reliable, experience working with power tools.
• Excellent communication skills in a team environment.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Work with a high sense of urgency at all times and motivate team members to do the same.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn every production task and contribute at a professional level.

• 20 - 40 Hours per week, depending on the needs of the business.
• Mon-Fri: 8:30am-4pm
