Foundry Production Team Associate – Minster, Ohio
C.A. Lawton Co. in Minster, OH is seeking Foundry Production Team Associates to join our operations. In this role, you’ll receive hands‑on training while learning various processes within the foundry. No prior foundry experience is required – we’ll train you. You’ll be part of a team producing quality castings for industries such as mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas. This is a hands‑on position with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact in a supportive team environment.

• $22.52 per hour and higher (based on position)
• $2.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM (overtime as needed)

• Operate machinery, equipment, and hand tools
• Produce quality castings through processes such as sand molding, melting & pouring, grinding, and material handling
• Follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong record of safety, quality, and reliability
• Team player with solid communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes
• Attention to detail and ability to follow set instructions
• Dependable and self‑motivated

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production a plus
• Willingness to work in a foundry environment
