At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Material Handler based in Minster!

• Passing forklift certification and driving a stand‑up forklift in raw material warehouse or distribution cooler
• Working safely with a high attention to detail and quality
• Computer work including picking product using a warehouse management system and RF scanner
• Unload and load trucks
• Working as a team to achieve challenging production goals
• Working in a fast‑paced environment
• Working in a standing position, most of a 12‑hour shift
• Wearing a free uniform that includes safety shoes, bump cap, safety glasses, ear plugs, hairnet and beard net

The Material Handler base rate is now $23.90/hr! and night shift employees receive an additional $1.00/hr shift premium. • High School degree or GED (required)
• Open schedule availability (weekends and holidays when scheduled). Our employees work a 3‑2‑2 schedule.
• Computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High mechanical aptitude
• The ability to perform physical demands of:
  • Fast‑paced environment
  • 12‑hour shifts
  • Continuous walking or standing
  • Repetitive minimal to moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs)
  • Working in a cold environment (in distribution cooler)
  • Working at heights (in warehouse)
• Openness to learn and share with others
• Doer who takes ownership of our product excellence and their working area
• Empowered individual who proactively pursues improvements in Quality, Safety & Operations
• Previous forklift and warehousing experience highly desirable
