Assembles, packs, loads, fabricates parts and/or unloads materials.

• Wrap, bale, package, operate press, sew, and maintain housekeeping.
• Read and understand work orders to accurately apply adhesive, assemble, and pack fabricated parts according to customer specifications.
• Follow written and verbal instructions regarding customer specifications and group lead direction.
• Verify conformance to specifications using a tape measure.
• Maintain daily 5S in the general area of responsibility.
• Follow 5S and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Able to read measuring devices.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to work independently and perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Ability to communicate effectively, including presenting information, comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing correspondence and memos, and understanding commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to apply common sense practices to carry out detailed oral or written instruction and to solve problems involving multiple variables in continuously changing situations.

• Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
• Specific visual abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Requires wearing PPE: eye protection on the production floor and hearing protection in designated areas.

• Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles.
• Noise levels moderate to loud; temperature ranging from moderate to high depending on the time of year and location of the work performed.
