Assembly Welder

Overview

We are seeking Assembly Welders for a full-time, permanent position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication in Batavia, OH. The role will consist of mostly assembly and some welding, with great opportunity to advance into a more skilled welding role.

Base pay range: $46,000.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr. Pay is $22-25 per hour based on experience. This range is provided by Pro Staffing Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• PTO offered during the first 30 days of employment
• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 8 - 10 hours per day, with some Saturdays
• Overtime is available
• Weekly pay

• MIG welding on various types of material
• Set up machine based on each task
• Use of cutting tools and other related equipment
• Operating forklifts and overhead crane (will be trained)
• Read and interpret drawings
• Keep work station clean and organized

• At least 1 year of on-the-job welding experience
• Pass a weld test if needed
• Use of power tools and other equipment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background
• Willingness to work overtime if needed
