Production Technician

• Steady Work, Steady Pay:
  Count on predictable 12‑hour shifts with every other weekend off.
• Double‑Time Pay on Sundays:
  Work 12 hours every other Sunday and receive 24 hours of pay.
• Support from Day One:
  Start with thorough, structured training and mentorship from more senior Techs and managers ready to help you succeed.

• Operate extrusion and blow‑molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly.
• Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling and pressure as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and handle basic maintenance tasks.
• Check product quality to ensure everything meets customer standards.
• Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes.
• Keep learning with on‑the‑job training and Plastipak Academy courses.

• At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
• A knack for working with your hands and solving mechanical problems.
• Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems helps too.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Base hourly pay starts at $20+ depending on experience.
• $1.50 extra per hour for Night Shift.
• Double‑Time Pay on Sundays (regular schedules are every other Sunday). That’s 12 hours of extra pay.
