Position: Assembler with Security Clearance
Location: Clifton

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembler. Position Type:
Full time Contract, Contract to hire.
Duration: 12months

Location:

Clifton, NJ 07014 (Onsite) As an Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.

• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.

• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.

• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Preferred Additional

Skills:

• IPC 610 and/or J-STD experience or certification could be helpful.

• Soldering certifications. Ideal candidates will:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with 2 years of prior related experience.

• Follow written procedures and complete assigned work in a timely manner.

• Basic computers skills to complete timecards and view some of the schematics and work instructions.

• Cable harness assembly experience.

Pay Range*: $28-$30 per hour.
