• Hang parts with assistance of a lift truck or hoist (as necessary) and paint parts according to the production travelers.
• Use lift truck to move material and completed parts to proper locations.
• Perform daily lift truck and hoist pre‑operational safety checks.
• Perform pre and post check of all parts for defects.
• Note any missing parts for expediting.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
• Fit and adjust Personal PPE for proper alignment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas (5S).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Frequently (climb stairs, climb to step into lift trucks, work with arms outstretched, and work above chest level),
• Occasionally (bend/stoop/twist, squat/kneel/crawl, reach below knee level).
• Continual lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling (Continually from 0 to 35 lbs., occasionally from 36‑40 lbs., infrequently from 41‑50 lbs.).
• Must be able to pass a respiratory test and be able to wear a half mask respirator.
