Assembler - American Augers

Hours: 5am-3:30pm Monday - Thursday

Wage: $19/hr plus based on skillset

A mechanical assembler performs highly repetitive work such as aligning, mounting, connecting, and installing assemblies and/orsub-assemblies. They will use standard assembly procedures, power tools, hand tools and equipment.

• Complete assembly of intricate and expensive apparatus, machines or equipment with a large number of parts, or erection of very large and complicated units.
• Bolting, screwing, clipping or otherwise fastening parts together using a variety of hand tools (electric and pneumatic).
• Considerable fitting, aligning and adjusting to very close tolerances and strict inspection requirements
• Highly diversified tasks

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• Technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures.
• Experience in using power tools required.
• Must be able to read and assemble to blueprints.
• Diesel mechanic and electrical experience preferred.
