Are you an experienced SAP PEO Consultant looking to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a skilled professional with hands‑on delivery experience and deep industry knowledge to join our growing team.
🔧 About the Role
As an SAP PEO (Production Engineering & Operations) Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting end‑to‑end PEO solutions within complex manufacturing and production settings. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive best practices, and help shape robust digital manufacturing processes.
Tasks- Lead or support SAP PEO implementations across the full project lifecycle, from blueprinting to go‑live and post‑go‑live stabilization
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PEO solutions
- Configure, test, and optimize PEO functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4
HANA and related modules (e.g., PP, QM, PM, MES) - Work closely with manufacturing, production, and engineering stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide expert guidance, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
- Troubleshoot and resolve PEO-related issues, ensuring system reliability and performance
- 2–3 full lifecycle SAP PEO implementations (must‑have)
- Strong background in manufacturing and production processes
- Deep understanding of SAP PEO core functionalities
- Experience integrating PEO with shop‑floor systems/MES environments
- Solid grasp of manufacturing execution, work instructions, routings, engineering change management, and production workflows
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams
- Problem‑solving mindset with a strongippines glance to detail
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA - Knowledge of discrete or complex manufacturing industries
- SAP certifications in relevant modules
