You will hire, train, schedule, and assess performance, enforce PPE and Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures, and maintain records and compliance across the shop.
The role requires 3–5 years of welding experience, knowledge of MIG/ARC and stick welding, and strong leadership and communication skills.
