Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role is a 90-day contract-to-permanent opportunity.

Core Duties- Configure and run CNC equipment utilizing Haas control systems.
- Produce hubs and various parts for industrial fan assemblies.
- Manage the loading of raw materials and the unloading of finished components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documentation.
- Utilize precision tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy.
- Verify that finished items meet all specified dimensions and tolerances.
- Execute tool swaps and routine equipment modifications.
- Oversee machine performance to ensure consistent production quality.
- Maintain a tidy, orderly, and secure workspace for the team.
- Adhere to all organizational quality standards and safety protocols.
- Prior background in CNC machining is necessary.
- Strong preference for candidates with Haas control expertise.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and understanding tolerance requirements.
- Experience operating precision measurement instruments like micrometers and calipers.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
