Starting rate of $19.50 per hour, with increases based on performance:

• 30-Day Review:
  Increase to $21.00 per hour
• 60-Day Review:
  Increase to $22.00 per hour

(Increases are contingent upon successfully meeting established performance expectations and metrics.)

The Group Leader – Production Assembly & Paint Line is responsible for leading and supporting team members across both Assembly and Paint operations to ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Lead and coordinate Assembly and Paint Line team members to meet daily production goals.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and productivity.
• Perform visual inspections and verify compliance with specifications and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain production records, monitor attendance, and uphold company policies.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing experience in assembly, paint, or production operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial production conditions.
