Manufacturing Associate / General Laborer
Location:
Twinsburg, OH Pay: $18.00–$18.25 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

We are urgently hiring Manufacturing Associates / General Laborers for a full-time, on-site position in Twinsburg, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a safety-focused manufacturing team with immediate openings, on-the-job training, and long-term growth potential.
Available Shifts- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM Overtime: 4:00 AM–2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Overtime: 2:00 PM–12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM Overtime: 9:00 PM–7:00 AM Shift and overtime availability may vary by position.
- Support manufacturing, production, warehouse, and tube mill operations
- Follow work orders, operating instructions, packaging instructions, and safety procedures
- Inspect, stack, pack, label, and organize finished materials
- Prepare carts, racks, staging areas, materials, and packaging supplies
- Use banding, packaging, scanning, and inventory-tracking tools
- Verify product tags, stickers, labels, and quantities for accuracy
- Assist machine operators and other team members with setup and workflow
- Complete required safety checks and follow emergency-stop procedures
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Perform general labor and production duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety rules
- Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- $18.00–$18.25 per hour
