The PETN Manager is responsible for overseeing the production and handling of PETN (Pentaerythritol Tetra nitrate) at the Red Diamond facility. This role ensures safe operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality output in a sensitive and specialized manufacturing environment.

• Manage PETN production processes and personnel

• Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and ATF regulations

• Oversee quality control and testing procedures

• Coordinate with engineering and safety teams on process improvements

• Maintain detailed documentation for regulatory audits and internal reviews

• Lead training programs focused on safe handling and emergency response Support investigations of incidents or near misses and implement corrective actions

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or explosives production.

• Expertise in energetic materials and chemical safety

• Regulatory compliance (ATF, OSHA, EPA)

• Risk assessment and mitigation

• Quality assurance and documentation

• Leadership and team development

• Emergency response planning

• Attention to detail and precision

• High-security, controlled-access production area

• Exposure to sensitive energetic materials and chemical processes

• PPE and strict safety protocols required at all times

• Close coordination with safety, regulatory, and quality teams
