Production, Production Associate ​/ Production Line, Production QC​/QA

• Measure and weigh ingredients according to formula specifications
• Mix paints, stains, and coatings to established color standards
• Verify color matches and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow quality, safety, and production procedures
• Cross-train in other production departments and assist as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with paint, stain, or color matching is a plus
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Ability to read and follow formulas, instructions, and production documents
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on quality and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Competitive pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
