Champion Personnel is currently seeking a dependable, hardworking Panel Saw Operator for a well-established company in Brooklyn Heights, Ohio, that specializes in manufacturing custom closets, shelving, cabinets, and home organization systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone with woodworking, cabinet manufacturing, or machine operating experience who wants to join a smaller, team-oriented manufacturing environment with long-term career potential!

Brooklyn Heights, OH 44131
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday
Hours:
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Schedule:
Weekends OFF!
Employment Type:
Temp-to-Hire (480 hours)
What You'll Be Doing Operate an automated panel saw to cut large sheets of wood-based materials into smaller components.
Read and follow work orders and cutting specifications.
Load sheets of material onto the saw and operate equipment safely.
Use a tape measure to verify measurements and ensure accurate cuts.
Stack completed pieces onto carts, tables, or pallets.
Check saw alignment and make necessary machine adjustments.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Track production quantities, scrap materials, and cutting errors.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
What We're Looking For Previous machine operating experience preferred.
Woodworking, cabinet manufacturing, or panel saw experience is a huge plus!
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
