Responsible for improving the quality of pretreatment products, reducing waste rates during pretreatment production, and increasing output;

• 1 Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• 2 Develop, implement, and optimize production workflows, layout layouts, and standard operating procedures.
• 3 Supports new equipment installation and lead process validation.
• 4 Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to solve problems.
• 5 Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cycle time, yield, and downtime.
• 6 We support the launch of new automotive glass products and ensure smooth entry into mass production.
• 7 Implement lean production and continuous improvement programs (such as improvement, 5S, Six Sigma).
• 8 Other assigned duties.

- Able to read, understand, and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operation, and maintenance instructions. Able to interpret instructions in various forms of writing, verbal, charts, or schedules.
Able to communicate effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership, and clients.

Educational background Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.

System status Employees often have to stand for long periods. Responsibilities include waist rotation, reaching out, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to demand electrostatic strength (grip strength). Noise in the work environment is generally moderate. Safety requirements for this position include goggles, hearing protection, and steel-toed work boots. Vision includes but is not limited to:
a. Near clarity—visual clarity of 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and extremely fine precision is required.
b. Far-field clarity – Field of view clarity of 20 feet or more. This factor is used when visual efficiency at long distances is needed under daytime and night/dark conditions.
c. Depth perception—three-dimensional vision. It can determine distance and spatial relationships, allowing you to see the actual location and location of objects.
d. Color vision—the ability to recognize and distinguish colors.
e. Visual field — when the eye is fixed on a certain point, observe the visible area up and down or left to right.

Other requirements Math Skills - Able to use integers, common fractions, and decimal points, and perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with all units.
Reasoning ability—the ability to solve practical problems and handle various variables.
Computer Skills – Possess knowledge and familiarity with manufacturing software.

Required training Able to solve difficult problems in production;
Familiar with production management knowledge and skills;
Possess leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills;
Skilled in coating technology, enhancement, and training subordinates;

While performing this role, employees are occasionally exposed to extreme high temperatures. Noise in the work environment is generally moderate. Safety requirements for this position include safety goggles and steel-head work boots.
