DC Material Handler – Forklift Operator
Church & Dwight | Fostoria, OH
Pay: $27.50/hour + shift premium if applicable
Schedule:
Sunday–Thursday, 11:30 PM–7:30 AM

About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable DC Material Handler to support our distribution operations by loading and unloading shipments, building customer order pallets, and moving finished goods safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and pallet riders.
- Load and unload trailers and containers accurately.
- Build pick pallets according to pick lists, product quantities, and lot codes.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to process shipments.
- Operate stretch-wrapping equipment to secure pallets.
- Complete paperwork and daily equipment inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures.
- Work professionally with carriers, customers, and warehouse teams.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of forklift experience.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment and safe operating practices.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work other shifts or weekends as needed.
