production support will be responsible for adding caps onto the product. handling very small parts. sit down mostly 90%, some standing about 10%. some twisting and bending. lifting no more than 30lbs. working mon-friday with some weekday and saturday overtime

• Cap and count small parts according to production requirements.
• Perform light machine operation and production support tasks.
• Inspect products for accuracy and quality before packaging.
• Handle and assemble small components with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain production goals while following safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Perform additional production and assembly duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures.

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail when handling small parts and components.

• Primarily seated position (approximately 90% of the shift).
• Occasional standing, twisting, and bending (approximately 10%).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Good hand dexterity and attention to detail for handling small parts.
• Ability to work overtime during the week and occasional Saturdays as needed.

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
