General Laborer / Shop Helper
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Shop Helper to assist with a variety of projects and day-to-day tasks in a manufacturing shop environment. This is a temporary position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has general labor experience, and is comfortable using basic hand tools. The ideal candidate will be flexible, willing to take direction , and ready to assist wherever needed throughout the shop.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with miscellaneous projects and general shop tasks as assigned.
• Use standard hand tools to complete basic assembly, repair, or maintenance-related tasks.
• Move, organize, and handle materials and supplies throughout the shop.
• Assist shop personnel with various projects and production support activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Perform other general labor duties as needed.

• Previous general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, or shop experience preferred.
• Experience using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, and drills.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform hands-on tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to assist with different projects as needed.
