Location: Moraine, OH
Pay: $20.00-$22.50/hr (Based on Experience)

Seeking experienced Seasoner Operators for an exciting direct-hire opportunity with a growing food manufacturing facility in Moraine, OH! Be part of a brand-new production line and join a team focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Available Positions & Schedules1st Shift - 1 Opening- Monday-Wednesday: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM-2:00 PM
- Monday-Wednesday: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
- Thursday: 7:00 PM-2:00 AM (Friday morning)
- Operate and monitor seasoning equipment on a production line.
- Ensure accurate seasoning application and consistent product quality.
- Monitor production flow and make adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or production experience required.
- Previous bake line or seasoning equipment experience is a strong plus.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting production machinery preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work the assigned schedule.
