Packer Associate

As a Packer Associate for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in a fast-paced factory environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
Machine operation

Quality Checks Oak Harbor company is looking for a loader/packer to join their team. The facility is climate-controlled. Cardinal Staffing is invested in their team members!

All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($15.25/hr) with advancement opportunities as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

• To hand load blank plastic bottles onto conveyor.
• Receives packing order and determines that correct packing materials are available at packing station.
• Notifies material handler if additional materials are needed for the packing run.
• Visually inspects product for defects, setting aside defective items to one side on a skid for the rework department.
• Packs items in designated cartons per customer order.
• Reports discrepancies to supervisor
