CNC Lathe Machinist

Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and reduce waste.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.

Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist or similar role.

Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
