Cooper Farms is hiring 2nd shift Shipping Associate team member at our Central Egg Processing facility in Coldwater, Ohio (Mercer County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

• Starting Pay: $/hour
• Potential increase after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • Occasional Saturdays

• Unload materials and nest run eggs.
• Load products on truck to be shipped.
• Hook up proper tractor and trailers according to delivery city on log sheet.
• Complete all paperwork required for shipments.

No experience required. Training is provided.

• Must be a least 18 years old
• Must have good reading, writing, and math skills as well as basic computer skills
• Must have strong communication stills and be able to work well with others
• Must have forklift experience
