Cooper Farms is hiring a 3rd shift Sanitation Lead team member at our Liquid Egg Processing facility in Ft. Recovery, Ohio (Mercer County).

• Starting Pay: $20.90-$24.45/hour
• Potential increase after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Sunday through Thursday
  • 10:00pm-6:30am

Lead the sanitation crew and make sure the plant stays clean and runs smoothly.

Make sure all cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and properly recorded.

Ensure cleaning chemicals are used safely and correctly.

Train team members on how to mix, label, and handle cleaning chemicals.

Make sure the facility follows all food safety and USDA sanitation rules.

Work well with other departments to keep operations productive and efficient.

• Must be a least 18 years old
• Must have a high school diploma
• Must have strong verbal, written communication skills and basic computer skills
• Must have experience with sanitation and chemical handling
