SEO Content Manager – German Market

As the SEO Content Manager, you’ll lead impactful content initiatives for the German market, creating and overseeing content that engages our audience and delivers measurable SEO results. You’ll build and nurture a network of talented German‑language freelance writers, ensure consistent quality, tone, and messaging across all content, and work closely with the Product Team and SEO experts to align each piece of content with strategic goals and overall growth.

• Lead and drive content initiatives for the German market, ensuring each project aligns with business goals and audience needs.
• Build and manage a network of talented German‑language freelance writers to maintain a steady flow of high‑quality, engaging content.
• Collaborate with SEO experts and the Product Team to optimize content for visibility, engagement, and consistency across our product.
• Review and proofread content submissions, fine‑tuning sentence structure, word choice, and overall readability.
• Offer constructive, actionable feedback to freelancers to help them refine and improve their work.
• Coordinate with freelancers and internal teams to ensure deadlines and project objectives are met, driving content that improves SEO performance and audience engagement.

• Proven experience in managing freelancers.
• Solid expertise in SEO and content optimization strategies.
• Fluent in German at C2 level, with excellent written and verbal English skills.
• A passion for creating content that drives results and delights audiences.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
• Experience in affiliate marketing or dating industry is a plus.
