Content Manager; Partnership VFLC

Partnership Type: Performance-based, exclusive referral arrangement (no monthly salary)

We are seeking a Content Manager to join VFLC as a partnership-based collaborator. This is not a salaried role but a performance-based partnership where the Content Manager will gain exclusive referral rights to VFLCs client base. The role involves managing VFLCs social media presence and contributing to a coordinated multi-channel growth strategy alongside SEO specialists, BDRs, and web designers.

• Assist with managing all VFLC social media accounts (Linked In, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Create and schedule at least 15 posts per month based on a content calendar
• Actively engage with followers and respond to comments within 24 hours
• Track and report on monthly analytics (engagement, follower growth, etc.)
• Collaborate with VFLCs growth team to ensure alignment with overall strategies

Required Skills:

• Strong content creation and social media management skills
• Ability to engage audiences and track analytics effectively
• Excellent communication and time management

Proficiency in:

• Social Media Platforms (Linked In, Twitter/X, Instagram)
• Google Workspace
• Content scheduling and analytics tools

Intermediate

• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Schedule: Flexible, with consistent posting requirements (15 posts/month)
• Hours per Week: Part-time (variable based on content requirements)
• Duration: 6-month trial partnership, converting to a 12-month renewable partnership if KPIs are met
• Start Date: TBD

• Rate: No fixed monthly compensation performance-based referral arrangement
• Payment Frequency: N/A (revenue generated through client referrals)
