The Role
As the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the discovery and development of lead generation channels across the markets. You will own the end-to-end local marketing strategy, execution, and performance, crafting and implementing demand strategies that identify and convert early adopters into loyal customers and brand evangelists.
What you ll do
Strategic Leadership
:
Develop go-to-market (GTM) fundamentals, including messaging and positioning, with a strategic focus on maximizing pipeline and conversion.Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with local sales, central marketing, and digital marketing teams to create and execute demand and field marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth.Campaign Ownership
:
Own content and integrated campaign strategy and execution, working collaboratively with partners across Sales, Growth, and Marketing Operations.Initiative Execution
:
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive the business forward, ensuring pipeline growth and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.Growth Metrics

Drive growth at the territory level by developing and reporting on key KPIs, assessing pipeline health, and identifying challenges and priorities.Customer Insights

Conduct in-depth customer and market research to gain insights into target audiences and personas, informing strategic decisions on where and how to win.Geographical Strategy

Identify and account for regional differences within your focus markets, tailoring marketing strategies with a geographical perspective.Team Contribution
