As our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving our brand and growth strategy. You will lead a talented team of five within our Go-To-Market organization, balancing strategic vision with practical implementation to ensure that our marketing initiatives directly contribute to measurable business success.
Responsibilities- Define & Execute Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement the overarching international marketing strategy, with a primary focus on demand generation and pipeline acceleration for our B2B SaaS platform. - Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team:
Mentor, empower, and grow our existing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and data-driven culture. Provide strategic guidance across content, field, demand generation, and product marketing functions. - Drive Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing:
Oversee and optimize all aspects of our lead generation funnel, including inbound, outbound, paid media, SEO, and content syndication, to consistently deliver high-quality inbound opportunities for sales. - Enhance Brand & Market Presence:
Further refine Brainsuite’s brand positioning and messaging. Expand our PR and social media footprint, fueling conversations around Creative Effectiveness, Neuroscience and AI in marketing. - Strategic Product Marketing Leadership:
Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to ensure our go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging are impactful, resonate with target personas and are in line with our product roadmap. - Data-Driven Performance & Optimization:
Evolve and monitor key marketing KPIs, leveraging analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and report performance and insights directly to the leadership team. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build strong, synergistic relationships with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing initiatives are fully aligned with company-wide revenue goals and customer needs. - Budget & Resource Management:
Efficiently manage the marketing budget, overseeing external freelancers, agencies, and technology partners to maximize ROI.
- Proven B2B SaaS Marketing Leadership:
You bring at least 5 years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within a company of similar size (30-100 employees). You have a demonstrated track record of scaling marketing efforts and driving pipeline. - Demand Generation Expertise:
You possess a deep, strategic understanding of modern B2B demand generation techniques and have successfully built or optimized lead generation funnels, consistently delivering measurable results. - Player-Coach Mentality:
While a strong leader, you're not afraid to be hands-on, dive into details, and support your team operationally when necessary. - Analytical & Data-Driven:
You are highly analytical, comfortable with marketing attribution models, and adept at using data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI. You are fluent in the marketing KPIs that are typical in the SaaS industry. - Exceptional Communicator:
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. - Collaborative & Empathetic Leader:
