Our mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential — professionally, personally, and financially — through award-winning online programs and live leadership events.

We’re seeking a motivated Marketing & Brand Promotion Specialist to help expand awareness of these programs across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about communication, personal growth, and creating a meaningful impact.

• Promote and share leadership and personal-growth programs across approved online channels (training provided)
• Manage communication with prospective clients through email, social media, and professional networks
• Follow structured marketing workflows and track engagement metrics
• Participate in virtual training sessions and leadership development meetings
• Represent our values of authenticity, growth, and excellence in all interactions

• Step-by-step online training and mentorship
• Proven digital marketing templates and systems
