- Have genuine conversations with potential clients and help get them booked for their first class
- Track content performance and use analytics to understand what's working and what isn't
- Continuously test new content ideas and strategies to grow our reach and engagement
- Gets social media and understands how Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook work
- Loves trends, pop culture, and creating content people actually want to watch
- Is creative, energetic, and comfortable taking initiative

- Bonus:
Experience with Cap Cut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Tik Tok tools
- Performance bonuses for hitting lead-to-booking KPIs
- Discounted Diva Dance membership, programs, workshops, and special events
- Be part of a fun, high-energy community that genuinely loves what we do!
