Associate Creative Director

Saineos Health is hiring an Associate Creative Director, Copy in Westerville, OH with an onsite working arrangement. In this role, you will shape voice and messaging across healthcare campaigns, providing creative leadership while ensuring content stays on brand and aligned with regulatory expectations.

This position blends creative direction, content strategy, and people leadership. You’ll own copy development end-to-end, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and guide teams through medical and legal review processes (MLR) so promotional content is both compelling and compliant.

• Act as creative lead and owner of copy across assigned brands and campaigns.
• Partner with art directors on brand and concept development to build cohesive visual and verbal storytelling.
• Lead development of long‑form and short‑form content while maintaining brand tone, consistency, and regulatory compliance (MLR).
• Collaborate with UX, Tech, and CX teams to align messaging with user experience and platform requirements.
• Bring strategic input and creative leadership to client meetings and presentations

• Participate in market research and message testing to refine promotional content.
• Mentor and manage copywriters

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in an agency setting, including at least 6 years in pharmaceutical copy leadership.
• Exceptional skills in copywriting, storytelling, and communication

• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and mentor creative talent.
• Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to connect abstract ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
• Deep understanding of social platforms such as X/Twitter, Instagram, and You Tube
  , including emerging cultural trends.
• Experience navigating regulatory processes and medical/legal review, including MLR

• Ability to quickly grasp complex medical and technical content and translate it into engaging messaging.

• $135,000 to $155,000 annual base salary.
