Description
Schedule: Full-time, in-office position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Kisling, Nestico & Redick is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation. This role oversees traditional and digital marketing efforts, manages vendor and media relationships, and helps shape the firm's overall marketing strategy.
What You'll Do- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital, television, radio, CTV/OTT, social media, and other channels
- Lead SEO and website optimization initiatives to improve visibility and performance
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, vendors, and community organizations
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign calendars, and project priorities
- Track campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate with attorneys, operations, intake, and leadership teams on marketing initiatives
- Supervise and support marketing team members and external partners
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and advertising efforts
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or team management experience preferred
- Experience with SEO, digital marketing, analytics, and campaign reporting
- Experience working with television, radio, digital media, and advertising vendors
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
- Experience with CTV/OTT advertising is strongly preferred
