Bishop Fenwick High School seeks a creative, organized, and mission-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the school’s daily marketing and communications needs. Responsibilities include writing and editing content, creating and publishing social media posts, updating website content, gathering stories and information from school departments, coordinating photography and video needs, and preparing marketing materials for school programs, admissions, events, and other initiatives. The coordinator also tracks project deadlines, communicates with external marketing agencies and vendors, helps maintain consistent brand standards, and shares project updates and recommendations with school leadership.
Qualifications:Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills are required. Experience with social media, digital content creation, and website content management systems is preferred, as is familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects, collaborating across departments, and supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
