Dann übernimm die Verantwortung für ein engagiertes Team im Wareneingang an unserem Standort in Hörselgau und sorge in einem modernen, Autostore-gestützten Umfeld für reibungslose Abläufe, effiziente Prozesse und höchste Qualität – mit klarem Fokus auf Sicherheit, Ordnung und Zielerreichung.
- Du führst eine gewerbliche Mitarbeitergruppe von rund 25 Personen fachgerecht und sorgst für klare Abläufe sowie eine gute Teamkommunikation.
- Du achtest auf die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorgaben, gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsumfeld.
- Du setzt operative Vorgaben um, steuerst das Tagesgeschäft mithilfe von Kennzahlen und passt Personal- und Ressourceneinsatz bei Bedarf an.
- Du motivierst Dein Team zur Zielerreichung, kontrollierst die Arbeitsqualität und schulst Mitarbeitende bei Bedarf in Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft.
- Du überwachst die Prozesse in Deinem Bereich regelmäßig, führst Sichtkontrollen durch und leitest bei Abweichungen sofortige Maßnahmen ein.
