- Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication, empathy, and compassion to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in record-keeping and ensure patients receive the correct medications and treatments at the right time.
- Critical Thinking: Use judgment and critical thinking skills to address patient needs and utilize resources effectively.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and work various shifts, including nights and weekends
